Dear EveryBeauty,
I've been having a tough time coming up with anything to write or talk about. I feel I've been overwhelmed by life's many layers. Many, many different onion layers. Seeing, feeling and knowing but not able to get everything out in words. That's where I am at right now.
Let me tell you a couple highlights in my life right now:
1.) I have two short stories (only in their first draft stages) and I have a contact publisher that my mother knows and I'll be seeing her soon!! Super excited that I have an "in". When I finished my first short story I felt my soul just jump for joy, "A FINISHED STORY!". For the longest time, I had half-finished stories (novels) that never, ever finished to the end. So when I decided to write a short story and finished it, it was a beautiful day! Doing the whole Steven King recommendation and not redrafting the short stories until 6 weeks go by. Which thankfully June 15th is coming up so then I can redraft! Look at the stories through different eyes. :) With the contact publisher, I'm just soo thankful I have that in! Soo meant to be 😆 So when I'm ready, she's there.
2.) I have two big job opportunities with two big job benefits! As I haven't ever really had a constant job, landing these specific jobs are literally my dream come true. It's in the area that I truly love! I have one job as my first option then another job as my second option. They both have their flaws but they both come with big benefits. What I consider big benefits. So I really feel, it is all coming together for me. Like the Universe just set up these ducks and I'm just there loving each one!
